Course Terms and Conditions

1. Registration + Payment
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refunds + Cancellations
A full refund (minus processing fees) is available up to 48 hours before the course start date. No refunds are issued after that time. If a class is cancelled by the instructor, all participants will receive a full refund or transfer credit.

3. Course Access
All courses are Live Online via Zoom. Each session is recorded and available to registered participants for one yearfrom the start date. Recordings and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

4. Code of Conduct
Respectful and inclusive behaviour is required at all times. Harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive conduct in live sessions or discussion spaces will result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and functioning equipment (camera, microphone, etc.). Technical issues on the participant’s end cannot be refunded or credited.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, recordings, and materials are the property of the instructor and are provided for educational purposes only. Participants may not reproduce, share, or sell course materials or recordings.

7. Privacy + Recording Notice
Live sessions are recorded for educational access. All effort is made not to record students faces or names but due to the way classes function this may be unavoidable. By enrolling, participants consent to being recorded. Recordings are used solely for this course and not for public distribution.
